3. Starting this May, we’ve shifted how we support our birth doulas.
We no longer take a percentage of every birth. This change means our doulas keep more of what they earn—making it possible to sustain a living wage while continuing to provide exceptional care. Because when experienced doulas are supported, families benefit from that support too.
