Hi, I'm Liz!
I am passionate about supporting all types of families in their birth and postpartum journeys. I have been a doula since 2019 as well as worked as a homebirth apprentice midwife. Inclusivity hurts nobody! I am non-binary and queer, and in a polyamorous triad with my husband and girlfriend. We have two kids ages 9 and 7 whom we homeschool with three cats also considered our babies!
While I'm passionate about supporting LGBTQIA+, trans, and polyamorous parents, I am open to all families needing support during their birth and postpartum journeys. I am deeply passionate about mental health, especially in the childbearing year. I truly believe peace on Earth starts with birth. By getting back to the “village” mentality so lacking in our society, especially during the postpartum period, I believe we can heal generational trauma by giving birthing people their voice and full bodily autonomy. Everybody deserves help and support after they’ve had a baby, no matter which number baby it is. I meet you where you are at in this journey we call life.

$50/hour day, The Blissful Journey $5,000, The Light You Need $2,500, The Golden Journey $650, Postpartum care day session (4hrs) $200
