I remember being pregnant, filled with anticipation, questions, nerves, and excitement as I prepared to meet my son.  Then the moment finally came, and I got to meet this tiny new person I had been dreaming about. At the same time, I faced unexpected challenges, including severe mastitis that led to hospitalization. The hormone fluctuations that come after birth impacted me deeply, adding emotional ups and downs to the physical and mental demands of caring for a newborn. That season was intense, but it also showed me how much support a parent truly needs, with practical help, guidance, and reassurance that makes life feel manageable while navigating such a big transition.

Going through this opened my eyes to the gaps in support that many mothers face postpartum. It inspired me to dedicate my life to this mission, helping families navigate the physical, emotional, and practical challenges of early parenthood. I became a postpartum doula and lactation educator so I could be that source of support, guidance, and reassurance for families in the ways I wished I had.

I also bring over a decade of experience in healthcare, supporting individuals and families through major life transitions. Combine that with my passion for postpartum care it allows me to help parents in every way.  From recovery and infant feeding, to mental wellness and building confidence in their postpartum bodies.

I love helping families feel calm, supported, and confident at home, with simple, nourishing meals, helpful routines, and gentle guidance that makes daily life feel more joyful and manageable. My goal is to help parents feel empowered and fully present with their baby, savoring these early months with confidence and ease.
