Hi, I'm Sienna!
I'm a full-spectrum doula trained through BADT, living in Cambridge, MA. While my focus is birth support, training through a full-spectrum lens was important to me because it helps me better understand and support parents throughout their entire journey—from pregnancy to birth and beyond.
As your doula, my goal is to help you feel seen, heard, and supported. Pregnancy and birth don't always unfold in the clear, supportive ways we hope for, and I'm passionate about providing consistent care that helps navigate challenges while enriching the moments that come more easily.
I believe birth is a profound transition that shapes the early days of life with your new family member. You deserve support, access to information, and the space to make the decisions that feel right for you. My approach is rooted in the belief that you know yourself best. I'm here to support your learning, advocate alongside you, and help create an environment where you feel empowered throughout pregnancy, labor, and birth.
I also have a passion for movement and positioning techniques that support both parent and baby during pregnancy and labor.
The moments I cherish most are offering words of encouragement that remind a laboring person of their strength, fostering teamwork between parents, and witnessing perserverance and courage that emerge when birth takes an unexpected path.
When I'm not doula-ing, you'll find me snuggling my two cats, Nova and Peri, crocheting, gaming with my partner, or experimenting with my sourdough starter.
