Fertility, Birth, and Postpartum Doula (BeboMia), and Infant & Family Educator (CAPPA), with a primary focus on fertility and postpartum support. I’m passionate about walking alongside families through the deeply personal and transformative seasons of conception and early parenthood.

My work is grounded in compassion, evidence-based care, and a deep respect for the many ways families are created. Having walked my own IVF journey, I bring personal insight and heartfelt understanding to those navigating fertility challenges, as well as the tender and often vulnerable postpartum season. Whether you’re trying to conceive, recovering after birth, or adjusting to life with your newborn, I offer a calm, nurturing presence and guidance tailored to your unique needs. I also support families in early infant education and healthy sleep foundations.

When I’m not working with families and their little ones, you can find me outside with my husband and our dog, baking something sweet, reading a good book, planning our next travel adventure, or sharing big belly laughs with friends. I believe every family deserves to feel supported, empowered, and truly cared for. It would be an honor to walk alongside you during this meaningful chapter.
