Hi, I'm Emily!

It is my mission is to make postpartum less intimidating and a time to be enjoyed.   My support empowers parents to find confidence and balance in caring for their new, beautiful being as I lessen the stress and sleeplessness that can fog this period.  Developing a trusting and supportive relationship with each of my clients is the foundation for the care I provide; individualized and base off your energy and feedback. Open communication is key to a successful relationship and will always have a sympathetic ear for whatever you need to discuss.

After working in medicine and realizing a gap in patient education due to time constraints, I found postpartum work.  I saw many families leave the hospital feeling overwhelmed and wanted to change that.  I also loved my experience when I supported my sister during her postpartum journey with my nephew.  A combination of the two led me to become a postpartum doula, allowing me the opportunity to support families during this delicate, beautiful time.

I believe everyone deserves a supported postpartum experience. I support families of all races, sexual orientations, gender identities, marital status, ages, immigration status, and family configurations.
