Hi, I’m Annalyn!
A postpartum doula, lactation educator, and proud single parent with a passion for helping families
embrace their changing dynamic in the most supported way possible. I came to postpartum work after nineteen years at home with my own three children, all born in a hospital setting without medication. I love supporting families who are doing this without a village nearby — the ones who relocated for a job, whose parents live three states away, whose people mean well but can't be there at 2 p.m. on a Tuesday. My approach to postpartum care is warm and practical, built on the belief that new parents are capable rather than fragile. I support feeding, recovery, newborn care, sibling adjustment, and the mental load nobody else is carrying.
My passion for supporting growing families is my why in completing a dual postpartum doula certification through DONA International and CAPPA, along with certifications in lactation education and prenatal and postnatal fitness coaching. I hold a bachelors degree in Spanish, a masters degree in public health and am a Lagree fitness devotee. I love to travel, and together with my children, I have visited numerous countries and twenty-six US National Parks.

Rates for services: $55/daytime hour, The Blissful Journey $5,500, The Light You Need $2,640, The Golden Journey $750, Postpartum care session (4hrs) $220. Overnight Session of 8 hours $480, Golden Night Package $4,800, $60/overnight hour.
Day sessions are set for 4 hours each, overnight are set for 8 hours each.. Longer day sessions up to 6 hours can be accommodated for all packages/services I provide.
