Bethany Leclerc, CD(DONA), CLC, APPAC

Hi, I'm Bethany!

I have been supporting families throughout Massachusetts hospitals for the past seven years. I grateful to have fallen upon my greatest passion in such a natural way, through growing my family.  My desire to be surrounded by all things birth began to take shape during my first pregnancy and then solidified during his birth with the support I received. After becoming a certified DONA doula in 2015 and having more children, my passion only grew. With every birth I witness it became more and more apparent how important birth work was. With my desire to support families as fully as possible I became a certified lactation counselor (CLC), an APPA certified placenta encapsulator,  and childbirth educator. In 2020 I also became a best-selling author by participating in a multi-author book entitled Bringing Birth Home. My passion for birthing families to have an experience they deserve grows stronger every day.  I strive to continue to help everyone I work with navigate the vast birth world, and know their own power, voice and ability to give birth. Watching families grow and seeing their transition into parenthood has been an honor I am continually grateful and blessed to be a part of.

Doula Match Testimonials

Colleen Andrade, CPD, LE

Hi, I'm Colleen!

Working with children and their families has been my life’s work, whether being a center-based teacher or in-home care.  My biggest and greatest accomplishment has been becoming a mother to my two boys.  Being a postpartum doula and lactation educator is another way to share in these magical times and help families adjust to life with a newborn.  Having experienced vastly different prenatal, birth, and postpartum experiences with both of my sons, this lit the passion in me to help others during this time when things can be unexpected.  Training through CAPPA (Childbirth & Postpartum Professional Association) solidified all the reasons why I want to continue to help support families and be a part of their amazing journey as their family grows.  My hands-on experience, becoming a mother and working as a teacher, has shown me just how different each baby and family are.  I look forward to sharing your unique beginning with you, creating success in your parenting journey.
